Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relations between "MariVe EOOD" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") and the clients (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") regarding the provision of consultation, delivery, and installation services for joinery, doors, blinds, and railings.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Contractor is "MariVe EOOD," based in Gr. Mezdra, "P. R. Slaveykov" Str. 14, Bulgaria.

1.2. These terms become effective upon the submission of a written or verbal inquiry/order by the Customer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The subject of the agreement is the manufacture, delivery, and installation of products made of PVC, aluminum, glass, and other materials (joinery, doors, blinds, awnings, railings), according to an individual offer and specification accepted by the Customer.

2.2. The offer includes a description of the products, prices, payment terms, and the deadline for manufacture and installation.

3. Orders and Pricing

3.1. An order is considered valid after signing an agreement (or written confirmation of the offer) and paying the advance payment specified in the offer.

3.2. Prices in the offer are final and include all agreed-upon services (manufacture, delivery, installation), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.3. The Contractor has the right to request additional payment if hidden or unforeseen circumstances arise during installation that require extra labor or materials, provided this is agreed upon in advance with the Customer.

4. Installation and Warranty

4.1. The installation period is agreed upon individually and begins after the advance payment is received.

4.2. The Contractor is responsible for the quality of the installation work and the compliance of the products with the accepted specification.

4.3. The Contractor provides a warranty for the delivered products and installation work, according to applicable legislation and the manufacturer's terms. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or external interference.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. Customer Obligations: To ensure access to the site, prepare the installation location (removing old items if necessary), and pay the remaining balance after the installation is complete.

5.2. Contractor Rights: To receive the agreed-upon remuneration and to refuse installation if the site is not prepared according to requirements.

6. Governing Law

6.1. All issues not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

6.2. All disputes arising between the parties shall be settled through negotiations, and if agreement is not reached, by the competent Bulgarian court.
